Large, high effort builds, as well as high output farms can get a custom community warp from the spawn area through one of the transport stations there. To do this, contact staff for an inspection of the build. If the build is approved you are to build a transport vehicle there. A copy of it will be placed at spawn and a warp link will be set up between them.
Towns work similarly to community warps, but they have extra requirements and many useful perks. The minimal requirements for a town are:
Similar to community warps, if you and your friends have built a town you may ask for a town inspection, and if all is well the town will be approved and you will get many useful perks:
Once you have had a town approved, you may ask staff to inspect the non-residential buildings to make them functional (for example, a hospital could give regeneration to players inside it, see lower for more examples). How strong the effect of the building depends on how much effort was put into it (a small hospital will give res 1, while a larger, more detailed one will give res 2). Below are some examples of non-residential buildings (if you have other ideas we are open to adding to this list).
